My 3D printed items are made from high-quality PLA filament, which is durable and eco-friendly. Tumblers and other products may feature laser-engraved acrylics or other materials. All products are made with precision in my home using my own machines.
Each product comes with care instructions tailored to the material. For 3D printed items, avoid exposure to extreme heat. Tumblers can be hand-washed, and for laser-engraved acrylics, gently clean with a soft cloth.
Since most of my items are made to order, I do not accept returns. However, if an item is defective or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Be sure to provide a picture and description of the issue.
Yes! All signs are custom-made, and you can choose from a range of color options to fit your style. Feel free to reach out with your preferences, and I’ll work to bring your vision to life.
While most items are made to order, some items are available in stock and ready to ship immediately. Please check the product listings to see if an item is in stock.
Product listings will specify whether an item is made to order or ready to ship. You can also contact me directly if you’re unsure.
To order a custom item, simply choose the color options (for signs or other customizable products) or provide me with a description of what you’re looking for. I’ll send you a proof before proceeding with production.
I currently don’t offer gift wrapping, but if you’re sending an item as a gift, I’d be happy to include a personal note – just reach out to me with your request.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, and I’ll notify you via Etsy’s messaging system.
Once your order is shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier. If you encounter delays or suspect your package is lost, please reach out, and I’ll assist with tracking information or help file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
