When will my order ship?
In-stock and handmade items usually process within 7-10 business days. Orders ship once all items in your order are ready - including any pre-orders or restock items. Thanks for your patience (and yes, it’ll be worth the wait)!
Do you offer local pickup or event pickup?
Yes! If you're attending a market where I’m vending, I’d be happy to bring your order for pickup — just message me on Instagram or email me before ordering so we can coordinate.
I also offer local drop-off within 12 miles of Lusby, MD for a $2 fee. This selection will be available to you on checkout if you are within the radius.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right. Books and handmade goods are non-returnable unless there’s an issue.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some will, some won’t. Follow @readandrallystudio on Instagram for shop updates, sneak peeks, and restock announcements.
Can I request a custom item?
Absolutely! Fill out the contact form and let’s talk. I love bringing your bookish vision to life.

Products & Studio
How are your products made?
Each item is designed (or printed under license), sliced, and 3D printed in-house using FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology. I finish, clean, and inspect every item by hand to ensure quality before packaging. Some products are laser-engraved or hand-assembled to complete the look!
Where are your items made?
All products are made in my home studio in Southern Maryland. Every piece is printed, packed, and shipped by me with care — thank you for supporting a small business!
Where do you source your materials?
I source materials from a variety of trusted suppliers — both local and global — to balance quality, creativity, and affordability.
- comes from U.S.-based suppliers like Inland, Polymaker, and Micro Center.
- are purchased from small businesses in Texas.
- are sourced from a supplier in Pennsylvania.
- international vendors or online marketplaces like Amazon.
While I aim to support small and local suppliers, when possible, I also use what’s accessible and reliable to keep things running smoothly — and to bring you the best product at a fair price.
What materials do you use for 3D printing?
I primarily use PLA filament — a plant-based, eco-friendly material derived from renewable resources. PLA is lightweight, durable, and biodegradable under industrial conditions, making it a sustainable choice for creative printing.
I also use specialty filaments like silk, matte, and marble to bring extra character and charm to certain designs.
Do you design your own products?
Many of the items in my shop are original designs created by me — especially laser-engraved goods, signs, and custom decor. For 3D-printed items, I use a mix of my own designs and commercially licensed files from trusted creators.
I am an authorized seller with commercial licenses to print and sell physical products designed by:
Craftykid3D
Cinderwing34
Sugarpaws3D
Layers in Green
3DJPDesigns
Each licensed item is printed by me and sold under proper permissions. I do not resell or distribute digital files — just the finished, handmade pieces.
Are the books in your shop new?
Yes! All books sold through Read and Rally Studio are brand-new and unread. I source them directly from reputable distributors or publishers, and each book is carefully handled and stored to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
You won’t find used or secondhand books here — just fresh, shelf-ready reads for your collection or gifting.
Are your products heat sensitive?
Most of my 3D-printed products are made from PLA, a heat-sensitive material. Avoid exposing them to extreme heat, such as hot cars, heaters, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. PLA may warp above 120°F (50°C).
Are your products safe for children?
Unless specifically marked as child-safe, most items in the shop are not intended for young children due to small parts or sharp edges. These products are decorative or functional for teens/adults. Please use your own discretion.
