1. Request vs. Guarantee
-Submitting a custom order form is a request, not a guarantee. I will personally review your form to determine feasibility. If the design is doable, we’ll work together to refine it before moving forward.

2. Pricing & Payment
-For orders under $100: 50% of the total is due upfront before production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
-For orders $100+ or bulk quantities: Full payment is required upfront.

3. Revisions
-One round of minor revisions is included in the design process. Significant changes beyond that may result in additional charges.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
-Because these items are custom-made, refunds are not available once production begins.
-The only exception is if I’m unable to complete your order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Timelines
-Production time varies by the complexity and size of the order. I’ll provide an estimated timeline during the design process.
-Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
-Read & Rally Studio is not responsible for delays once items are with the shipping carrier.

6. Colors & Materials
-Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to differences in screens, materials, and printing/engraving processes.
-Natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property & Use
-All custom designs are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-Designs created by Read & Rally Studio may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
